Kaiser Permanente’s Northwest region has been leading some truly groundbreaking efforts to address the health of their communities, not only by providing excellent medical care but also by working to address people’s social and non-medical health needs — things like access to healthy food, housing, safe and supportive school environments, and more.

Their 2018 impact report offers a simple visual and interactive “snapshot” of the work they have been involved in to address the highest priority needs in their community. I designed the report according to the organization’s brand standards and helped the team edit and craft the content for the report.
