I've had the honor of working with the Packard Foundation communications team over the past 18 months serving as a part-time communications officer. The organization has been evolving in its efforts to more deeply and intentionally address racism, inequity, and injustice, particularly in its own operations and grantmaking approaches. Part of that evolution involved a commitment of $100 million to support justice and equity, with the first $20 million provided to Solidaire Network's Black-Liberation Pooled Fund to support Black-led social change organizations.

I helped to facilitate and document a conversation between Packard Foundation program officer, Carlin Johnson Politzer, and Solidaire Network executive director, Rajasvini Bhansali which was turned into a series of short videos and a two-part blog post.
