West Marin Fund is a place-based community foundation that serves the people and communities of coastal Marin County, California. The organization's strength lays in its ability to mobilize funding from a variety of sources — donors, local government agencies, and large organizational funders — to develop and fund solutions to the challenges facing people who live, work, and visit West Marin.

At the end of every calendar year, West Marin Fund runs a fundraising campaign to highlight the impact it has made and invite individual donors to support its work. In 2024, I partnered with the team to create a fundraising appeal that would go above and beyond their usual impact report to truly speak to the heart of the organization's work and the ways that it builds strong communities. I helped them develop a brochure mailer that was then turned into an email aimed specifically at engaging the organization's large and dedicated donor base.
